TES has an established and experienced management team with significant industry expertise and technical knowledge. The team's mandate is to encourage collaboration throughout the company and to help each service area build on one another's strengths.

Robert J. Trick

President and Chief Operating Officer

With over two decades of experience in the engineering services arena Mr. Trick is uniquely qualified to lead TES's operations and business development team. Mr. Trick joined the company in 1986 and built the company's Indiana region. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.

Kelly Hankinson

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Hankinson is responsible for the company's financial planning, forecasting, accounting and financial reporting. Ms. Hankinson has more than 18 years of progressive financial management and accounting experience and has been with TES since 1994. She holds a Masters Degree and an Honours Bachelor Degree from York University.
