(CGP) - Controlled Goods Program of Canada

CGP (Controlled Goods Program) - TES is fully registered under the Controlled Goods Program of Canada. As a result, TES is allowed to examine, possess, and transfer controlled goods in accordance with the Defence Production Act and the Controlled Goods Regulations of Canada.

   
(ITAR) - International Traffic in Arms Regulations

ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) - TES is an ITAR registered company with the US State Department. ITAR is the set of US Government regulations that control the export and import of all defense-related articles and data. TES has security systems and procedures in place that complies with ITAR's strict regulations.
