At Thinkpath Engineering Services we use an internal quality process that is well-documented and award-winning. 

We learn about your needs

During the initial stage of our quality process, we want to learn more about you, our customer, and the challenges you face. We also want to know about any restrictions based on your corporate structure.

This step is an opportunity for us to ensure there is synergy between your engineering requirements and the services we provide. This is where we make sure we are aligned with your needs.

You approve our statement of work

We set out to create a technical solution to your needs in close co-operation with all stakeholders, such as operations managers, engineers and designers on staff, HR and management.

The TES team are all dynamic 'out-of-the-box' thinkers and have engineering degrees and/or a lot of field experience. With our knowledge and experience we find a solution to your specific needs.

Our team then formalizes a detailed Statement of Work and presents it to you for your review and consideration.

We get to work fast to deliver on time

As soon as you approve our proposal, we get to work quickly and accurately. There is no red tape or bureaucracy since we are an owner-operated company with a healthy balance sheet.

In the past this has allowed us to quickly react to customer requests and purchase equipment and software, or even set up new office space when needed. We just like to get it done!

Our service comes with personal touch and great attention to detail. Our senior account managers are in regular communication throughout the process. All documentation and communication, such as status reports, versioning etc. is directly available from a central communication hub.

Thinkpath Engineering Services has a reputation for having the fastest turnaround time in the business. We always deliver on time and on budget.

Our process includes a built-in quality survey. We send it out to all our customers either on a quarterly basis for long-term projects or upon project completion. It's an easy way for them to let us know how we did. We use the results from these surveys to further improve our services.
